Japanese Sumo Wrestlers train for years to become the masters of their craft, eating a special diet to keep them heavyweight and living with their fellow wrestlers, practising for their next fight.

You too will have to don your Sumo gear and get in the ring if you want to compete at this fantastic game. You’re probably OK skipping the special diet though.

Sumo Squats requires each player to adorn a Sumo belt that’s fitted with a dangling hook and to carefully Squat over their desired prey…a mini Sumo wrestler!

Six Sumos are ready and waiting to be picked up and each is fitted with a hook on their head. A rope ring is thrown down to indicate which Sumo is to be hooked and the game begins. It’s not quite so easy as it may seem but it’s a heck of a lot of fun!
